Check in: from 13.30 - 18.00 / Check out: until 09.00.
By paying the visitor's tax (Erlebniskarte), all aerial cableways (excluding the Metro Alpin) and PostBus in the Saas Valley are free during the summer. In summer and winter up to 30% discount on parking fees and many other reductions.
Tourist tax Summer: adults CHF 7.00 / day, children (6-16 years) CHF 3.50 children / day
Tourist tax winter: adults CHF 4.50 / day, children (6-16 years) CHF 2.25 children / day

At check-in you will receive the key to your holiday home. If you arrive later than 18.00, you will find directions to the house at the front door Office Center Travel - the key is inside the front door or contact us at 027 958 11 33 before 18h00.

If you arrive by car, drive straight to the parking garage at the village entrance on Terminal A or B on a numbered park field.

We recommend the following order:

1. One person comes to the office Center travel / Interhome for check-in (200 meters from the parking garage)
2. Unload luggage on a numbered park field in Terminal A or B
3. Order taxi (free phone) on a pillar - we recommend 027 957 7020 Taxi BOLERO
4. Park the car in one of the 10 basement levels
5. Waiting for the taxi. The person who made the check-in is then back in the numbered park field in Terminal A or B and you can take a taxi to your accommodation.

Handcart: You can rent a handcart for free at the Tourist Office for 1 hour!

If the tenant recovers from a rental agreement, we charge the booking fee of CHF 40.00 and the following cancellation fees:

- Up to 43 days before arrival 10% of the rent
- 42 - 29 days before arrival 50% of the rent
- After this period, the whole rental price is due
- Decisive is the arrival of your message at the booking office. If we do not take over the object or delay, the entire invoicing contract remains due.

If the apartment can be re-rented after a cancellation, Center-Reisen Bumann AG undertakes to reimburse the tenant / customer the full amount less the booking fee of CHF 40.00 and a fixed cancellation fee of CHF 50.00.

If the renter does not have a personal cancellation guarantee, the best option is to take out a cancellation insurance for center trips.
